How We Judge People by Richard BachTEXT / TASKS / Task 3.2 v1Define the features of the medium that can influence the author's text The author is answering the questions. Answers are the spoken text, so, there can be all features of a gr. spoken language. The answers should be short, because there is a limited airtime and other questions from other listeners. Define the authors possible reasons and points while answering the question The listener had misunderstood or defined incorrectly wo the main point of the text and the author isnt supposed to doubt his writing skills and explain why the listener was wrong. However, the question was about the author's relationships with public media. The author explains what the main point of the text was and how the media are related to this situation. Define the features of the original author No specific features. Sentences should be short, no long sentences with difficult structure. Teacher's comment: Why no specific features? Hasnt any author got some specific features? I think we can also limit the content by defining the actual radio programme where the author appears. It would help you bring additional limitations and thus improve your writing. |
