Information vs. Ideas by E. de Bono

TEXT / TASKS / Task 3.2 v3

How-part to the 3.2 part Information vs. Ideas

Define the type of medium, how it can influence the authors way of speaking/writing.

The writer gives a lecture, and the text 'Information vs. Ideas' is used as one of the handouts. People are welcome to ask questions by writing them on a special list, which will be given to the author, whos going to discuss questions in the end of lecture.
Answers are delivered as a spoken text and arent an official part of lecture, but the friendly-conversation-like in order to make my reference more subjective and closer to the reader.
The author can skip some questions, since its something like a conference or a seminar there will be more questions than given in the task.
This speech is not an ending or a beginning of the authors performance, cause there are other handouts and questions about lecture.

The authors aims for this kind of conversation with public (why is he answering questions)

To make a short review on the handout Information vs. Ideas answering the questions Ive received to make clear those points which werent understood partially or at all; make my reference more subjective, speak about my (authors) points of view.

Teacher's comments:
I think it can be defined in a more specific way!

The authors aim for writing the original text

To define the difference between collecting information and creating new ideas, illustrate the nonsense and underlying problems in a very simple way.

Teacher's comments:
And if you try to use the verb change?

The authors features

De Bono isnt a very often joking type of speaker, but he still has an aristocratical sense of humour. He often uses the lines of his own text answering the questions (in this case this doesnt work, since every listener has his text). Often brings his own experience into the conversation.

Teacher's comments:
In fact, itd be a good idea to see the whole of the HOW part: what youve added + the improved original one.
