Expressing Modality 1

Forms:
I would
I may
I might
I can
I could
I must

What did I knew:
Well, I guess, something. I'm using these forms in my native language. But during the entry test I was a bit confused. I haven't understood what I should write into the gaps.

My model:
System has three questions:
Is the speaker referring to any real life actions / states / phenomena he/she wants to present as true? (Reality)
How sure is the speaker? (Sureness)
And how distant is the action for the speaker? (Closeness to speaker)

We had a chat session about grammar. We've discussed the first question. And the conclusion of 2 hour long talk was that modal verbs never present any action as true, modal verbs are always speakers perseption. So, one question's out.
My model looks something like that: comming soon. I'm not sure about two parameters yet

I would
I may
I might
I can
I could
I must
