Welcome to the Process Portfolio website! My name is Taya and this site should introduce you my work during form 11.
It's the second year I'm learning English using The Thinking Approach method and really enjoying this kind of learning. We are learning English not the academical way (using text books and usual tests), but in use. This is very interesting and really effective, in my opinion. In our Englich lessons we are not only learning the language, but also preparing ourselfs to use these skills in real life.

TA?

Thinking Approach is a method of language learning developed by Alexander Sokol, PhD, which is based on the idea of preparing learners to the future life developing their language and thinking skills.

Content

TA includes a number of technologies. In my portfolio are presented 5 of them:

The Text Technology (motivating texts for different age groups and systems of tasks to them)

The Film Technology (systems of tasks for work with films)

The Creative Grammar Technology (systems of tasks which develop students' awareness and systematic vision of grammar)

The Self-Study Technology (techniques and tools for life-long and independent learning)

Research Technology (systems of tasks designed to enable students to learn to conduct successful research projects)
Navigation in the left column is very simple and "traditional" teaching way based (we can pretend these are the notebooks):

Homeworks (all tasks related to materials)

Reasearch (everything related to my project)

Work on lessons (new vocabulary and some interesting questions, tasks we've discussed in the classroom)

Self-study (self-study)

I made this site. Everything from content 'till CSS is written with a help of my fingertips and some part of my brain. I was in pain while creating all pages, because it's a torture to have a deadline and an upcoming mark for my work. I believe everything on my site is pretty clear. If not, just google it.
But still, YES, you can steal everything. Every single thing you want to. 'Course, if you'll find something worth stealing.
